EZ Poly Wood Rebuilder Bonds, Fills and Rebuilds Wood

EZ Poly Wood Rebuilder is a variable viscosity, two component, construction grade adhesive that can be used as a structural filler and as a sealant.  Ez-Poly is a polymer material that can be worked while curing, unlike any other product!  No VOC's or toxic fumes.  Not flammable.  Even works under water.  Mixed in equal parts by volume.

Uses of EZ Poly Wood Rebuilder:

• Adhesive: Bonds to most wood materials.  Also bonds to metals, ceramics, fiberglass, hard plastics, porcelain and glass.
• Filler: Fills holes, uneven or irregular surgaces, dents and scratches.  Restore rotted or distressed wood, rebuild termite or cutter bee damaged wood.
• Sealant: Provide waterproof and weatherproof seals on non flexing surfaces.

MIXING DIRECTIONS:

Specially designed mixing bag works as it's own applicator.  No mess or mixing bowls or sticks needed.  Simply remove the clip and massage the contents inside the special two-chamber bag by rolling it between both hands.  When the contents are smooth throughout, cut a corner and squeeze EZ-Poly Wood Rebuilder out of the bag.  For most liquidity, apply immediately after mixing

 

3 EASY STEPS:

1. Remove clip and knead to mix thoroughly
2. Pour into cracks or apply as paste to affected surfaces
3. Finish with sanding or filing within 2 hours

 

TIME LINE:

5 minutes    Semi liquid gets into small cracks
10 minutes    Pancake batter, for spreading and vertical applications
20 minutes    Putty for shaping or carving
2 hours    Hard enough for power tools, drill, sand, shave, route, plane, nail or glue to itself
24 hours    Fully cured for painting or staining
